Draft pending legal review

This page has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor and may change before launch.

These terms apply to your use of this website.

Who we are

Doction is operated by Babblo Ltd., of [postal address to be added] ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@doction.ai.

Use of the Doction product by a firm is governed by the agreement between the firm and us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Using the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Do not try to disrupt it, gain access to parts of it that are not meant for you, or submit information that is not yours to give.

Demo requests

Asking for a demo does not create an agreement between you and us, and we may decline a request. How we use the information you give is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibility for what you rely on

Doction helps complete forms from calls and documents. It does not give financial, legal or regulatory advice. You are responsible for checking every field before you rely on it or send it to anyone.

Intellectual property

The site, the Doction name and logo, and the content on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site and share its public pages, but you may not copy or reuse them for another purpose without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we provide the site as it is and are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site rather than the product.

Changes, and transfer of the business

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. We may also transfer our rights and obligations under them to a company that takes over the business, and we will tell you if we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction.
