This page lists the providers that handle information in Doction. We publish a security commitment only once we have verified it.
Our commitments
Hosted in the EU
Your data is stored and processed on servers in the EU.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Data is encrypted as it travels and while it is stored.
Never used to train AI
Your client data is never used to train AI models.
Nothing runs until you say so
You review the fields and click Run Pipeline; nothing is sent before that.

Zoom is the source of the call transcripts a firm connects. It is chosen by the firm and is not a Doction subprocessor.
